Dr Tarcilio Cavalcante
Lead Dentist
Tarcilio was born in Brazil and has been practicing dentistry for nearly twenty-five years, with a focus on building family relationships and helping patients from all walks of life. He is constantly implementing the latest techniques available, offering a great range of treatment modalities without forgetting the importance of prevention and promotion of oral health.
Dr Silvia Cavalcante

With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, Dr. Silvia Cavalcante has been an integral part of the Wyndham Dental Solutions Werribee team since 2005. A 1992 graduate, Dr. Cavalcante is committed to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry, continually updating her skills to ensure her patients receive the highest level of care.
Dr Mohammed Barakat
Dentist
Born and raised in Melbourne’s western suburbs, Dr Mohammed Barakat graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Dentistry in 2017.
Mohammed believes that great dentistry starts with listening. He takes the time to understand his patients’ concerns, explain their options clearly, and ensure they feel informed and comfortable every step of the way.
Dr Kalpana Fernando

The latest addition to our amazing team at Wyndham Dental Solutions, Dr.Kalpana Fernando is a graduate of the University of Adelaide in 2021 and has worked in rural Tasmania before moving back to her hometown in 2023.

Oral Health Therapist
I graduated from the University of Melbourne in December 2011, obtaining my Bachelor of Oral Health. Soon after I graduated I joined the team at Wyndham Dental Solutions as their first Oral Health Therapist (Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist).

Sarah Drummond
Dental Assistant & Receptionist
I started working at Wyndham Dental Solutions while I was still at Secondary School in 2003. I worked part-time, after school and Saturday mornings. I enjoyed everything about Dental Assisting and loved working in such a happy and friendly environment. When I finished school in year 12, I was offered a traineeship at the Clinic. Of course, I snapped up the opportunity. I mainly work at reception now, enjoying the connection I have built with patients over the almost 20 years of working at the Clinic. When not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children. Relaxing for me involves a glass or two of wine.
Michelle Herman
Dental Assistant
I began Dental Assisting at 18 years of age; I have now been doing it for 37 years, (you do the math LOL). I have worked at 3 different Clinics with Wyndham Dental Solutions being my home for the past 5 years. When not at work I love going to watch AFL matches and I am a loyal Bulldogs supporter and spending time with my family and Cavoodle “Rosie”.
Kate Senol
Dental Assistant & Receptionist
I have been a receptionist and sometimes a Chairside Assistant at Wyndham Dental Solutions for the past 11 years. I was working full-time but after returning from maternity leave when my husband and I welcomed our gorgeous baby, Sophie, I am now working part-time. I often pop in to the clinic with Sophie on my days off and she loves the attention she gets from the other staff members and patients as well. I enjoy cooking, going for walks or picnics with my family as well as spending time with family and friends.
